We talk to Ellie about how her and Pippa have established a very disobedient coaching relationship and touch more on what you might want to look for when researching for a business coach yourself.
What does a disobedient coaching relationship look like? One where the coach is not held out as The Answer, where the client is empowered and confident to push back, to be sovereign in their decision making, and more.
We wanted to have this conversation with Ellie as she and Pippa very much have this relationship and we also know that this is not always the case, that icky stuff goes on in these relationships and we wanted to get into what this could look like where you get both results through being supported by a great coach AND you retain your integrity and values - so when something is a "no", then it's a bloody NO!
