In this week’s episode, we have a treat for you! We welcome Sas Petherick to the podcast. Sas is a Master Coach and Founder of Self-belief School and the Self-belief Coaching Academy. Sas hosts the Courage + Spice podcast where she teaches evidence-based approaches and proven coaching tools to help you transcend your self-doubt.

As Pippa and I both know Sas well it’s fair to say we went a little off topic in this episode, so we’re setting the rule book on fire early on, as this week we are bringing you a two-part episode!

In this second part we discuss with Sas

  • Not being a "joiner in" and why that is part of protective self-doubt
  • Being in community with both likeminded people and people whose views differ to yours
  • Entering a group programme or community with an understanding of what you will get from it and give to it.
  • The concept of being 100% you, 100% of the time!
  • Holding space for communities like mastermind groups and the importance of the facilitator's self-belief and them being supported and their needs met outside of the group.
